The Holocaust: Remember, Reflect, Learn
This mural proposal was created for the Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation and Mural Arts Philadelphia, where I was selected as one of four finalists from more than 50 submissions. Over the course of nearly a year, I immersed myself in historical research, site visits, community conversations, and an intensive creative process.
The project explored the vibrancy of pre-war Jewish life, the shattering descent into genocide, and the call to remembrance and moral responsibility that follows. Although my design was not chosen for the final commission, the experience profoundly shaped me as an artist and continues to influence my work.
